I don't see why you couldn't bring it - I have seen others post that they bring a small 4 cup coffeemaker. SO I would say bring it and enjoy! :sunny:

We are definately bringing one. We like to have our coffee first thing in the morning and we both drink quite a bit of coffee. The thought of having to get dressed and go to food court for a cup of coffee first thing in the morning just would not work.

..oh yeah,,I know what you mean...lol...thanks guys!!!!!!!!!

I have a travel coffee maker I bought at Wal-Mart about 10 years ago - I bring it everywhere with me - Especially Disney. That stuff they serve is NOT coffee.....

When I stayed at the Poly in Oct 2002 I brought along a Bunn coffee maker that I use at home. I was used to this machine and didn't want to experiment with a strange one I never used before. I drove to WDW that year so I brought along a Rubber Maid plastic container (like the kind you store clothes or decorations in) that I was able to fit dry goods, gallon jugs of water, and the coffee maker. I would make coffee in the morning and I would make enough so my parents next door would have a couple of cups also. I can't start my morning with out a good cup of Starbucks breakfast blend coffee and couldn't bear the thought of going to the food court half a sleep to get a cup of inferior coffee. I brought along jugs of spring water because that's half the battle in making a good cup of coffee and the water in the room tasted funny to me. When we were done I would unplug it and let it cool then put it back into the container so I couldn't get in trouble. Mouse keeping never knew I had it because I was careful and never made a mess. It might be different for you if you fly but I thought I would share how I did it so you can decide if it's right for you. I'll admit I'm not a fussy person but I have to have my coffee in the morning and it has to be right. I guess I'm a coffee snob! LOL! :rotfl: :rotfl:

The deluxes and the moderates (I think) have 4 cup coffee makers in the rooms now. We were at the CR last week and used the coffee maker there every morning and night.

I bring a Black & Decker 1 cup coffee maker with me, its small and fits in my carry on tote bag-Disney of course! It brews REAL coffee and I bring my Dunkin Donuts brand, and cream/sugar. Its a life saver, as I HATE that "stuff" they call Coffee....

Moderates and deluxes do have coffee makers in the room. I think they were already in moderates, and they should be done with deluxes (they were putting in ones at Poly while we were there in Dec, and BWI had one in room last month). But if you want to bring your own, that's fine. DH and I took the lean mean grill machine one time to CBR.

Umm..will anyone think I'm nuts if I take my crockpot? We are staying a week in a studio at OKW.

Me too. Bring it on. Coffee starts the whole day and a bad cup just ruins it!

As long as its a STUDIO and NOT a regular room. ;)

It IS a studio..but...well, even if it was a regular room, I'd probably still take it... I don't think I could go a whole week without my crock put...

i'm glad i seen this post, can't function without my morning coffee. Maybe Disney should think of getting Tim Horton's coffee, i swear they put in a secret drug 'cause that stuff is addicting. My husband and I were commenting on how the should have a Tim Horton's as part of the Canadian Pavillon at Epcot, maybe they do it has been a long time since i've been to Epcot. I never really cared for it when i was younger, but that was before the thrill rides, so we did not go in Nov but we'll be checking it out this year. I'll be sure to bring my coffee pot. ? that being said are the refill mugs worthwhile? :flower:

I'm not bringing a coffee pot--will be at the Swan where they have them, but will be bringing a bag of ground Green Mountain to brew. Glad to see I'm not the only coffee "snob." My only question is about milk. Any recommendations for storing it? I was thinking of sneaking it in the mini bar fridge. Think I could get away with it? Thanks.

:confused3 Can someone tell us if we can bring one to All Stars Music Resort???? We need strong coffee not that thing that they call coffee in WDW....Yuck!!!

If you are like me, then there is no "Life without Coffee". I love Coffee so much, I married Juan Valdez's "hottie" sister.

Absolutely bring your coffee maker. We love the mouse, but he needs some help when it comes to good java.

We always bring either a percolator or an espresso machine.

One BIG THING: The tap water at Disney is undrinkable. Do not use it in your machine or it will calcify. I recommend you bring something like the brita portable filter thing or a supply of your own water. It will impact the flavor of your coffee.
