Can i book using a general use discount code online?

i am interested in using the BUK or BUL or Z(whatever) general use codes -

can i book online using these codes or does one have to book over the phone if using a general use discount code?

if i can book online, any clue where to plug that code in? i have gone thru the process online and i didn't see any area where you could type in a code.

Yes, you can book the summer special online, but only as a room only. On the disney site, click on tickets and reservations at the top of the page and then on the left of the next page click on special offers. The next page will show " The best fit for your family" Click on this special and then scroll done to "get started" plug in your info and the rates that come up will be the BUL code discount.
Not sure if once the room only portion is picked if you are able to add tix and dining. The discount is only for room only and you would be paying full price for everything else. From what I've read most people are calling CRO to book this special as a package....

Everytime I try to check online and do that then add the tickets it bumps me back to the beginning. It's quite annoying really.
