Can I book ME back to airport whilst at resort?

So, I have a split trip this time. We are at Pop for the first week, then at Vero beach for four nights with friends and we finish the trip with three nights at A of A.
We didn't book ME for the first leg as our friends are meeting us from the airport and taking us to the resort. However, we need a lift back to the airport at the end of our A of A stay. This stay was booked through Expedia (something I don't think I will ever do again ). Phoned Disney, and they say because I booked the stay through a third party, I need to contact them to book ME. Expedia seem to be ignoring emails and when I spoke to them on the phone, they seemed not yo have a clue what I am talking about! I can't even get the official Disney confirmation number out of them. I am not concerned up to a point because the 14 day ticket from the first part of our trip will still be valid during our A of A stay, and FP+, dining etc are all booked, so if I can't link the A of A stay on MDE, it is no biggie, but I need to book ME. I really seem to be getting nowhere!
Can I arrange ME for our trip back to the airport when I check in at A of A? I am wondering if it would be less hassle if I just suck it up and book a taxi back to the airport

When I booked through Expedia I had no problem booking ME through disneys own website! Unless it's changed in the last year your confirmation number should work fine.

I could only book both legs though.

If everything else fails, yes, CMs at AoA will arrange DME for you if you ask during check in.
