We are planning on going to WDW Nov 9-19. We got a pin for the 15-21. If they offer free dining for the 9th-14th can we stay at a value and get FD for the 1st week then switch to 40% off for the 2nd week even though we wont be there the whole week? If we get FD the 1st week can we use it the 2nd week? I hope this all made sense. :rotfl2: Thanks!

In order to use two codes, you will have to have two reservations. Your dining credits (if FD is offered in Nov.) will expire at midnight on the last day of your reservation that includes dining. So, if you have two reservations, you will not be able to use the credits during your second reservation.

I don't understand...has free dining been offered? has it been offered at this time of year in the past?

No it hasn't been offered to the public, yet. I don't believe this timeframe has been part of the Aug/Sep free offer promotion.

OP: your dining credits expire on midnight of the night you checkout, which would be your first reservation. If you did the 40% off promotion, you would have to have a second reservation and would have to recheckin the next day.

I know FD hasn't been offered yet. Just holding out hope and trying to plan the most bang for our buck. I think Im going to book the 40% now and worry about the 1st week later...maybe they'll offer another deal.

That is the pin we need!!!! Im going to cross my fingers for that one. It would fit our dates perfect and with our family size save us a bunch!

The only drawback to booking 2 packages, is that you have to buy at minmum, a 1 day base ticket for each package. Depending on how many are in your party, it may not be worth it.
