Can I book an additional room with my PIN?

My sister may want to come to Disney with us this summer. I have a PIN code for free dining so I'm wondering:

1)Am I allowed to book another room for another person?
2) Does the other room go under her name or mine?
3) Can she put down on her own credit card to pay for her incidentals?
4) Can her reservation be longer or shorter number of days than mine?
5) Can she have different ticket options? She already has a non-expire park ticket so could I book a room for her with just a one night ticket and myself with a 7 night ticket for example?

I'm guessing that when the package payment is due that I have to pay it all off myself?

It would be nice to have her there and we can do the parks and dine together, etc. but I don't know if she would want to pay for another 7 day ticket and she may not be able to stay as many days as we do. It would just be nice if she had more control over that reservation as she needs different options and would like to put her own credit card down so she can charge things to her room, etc.

We did this in Sept. 2010 for my parents.

I received a 40% off pin (you can book up to 3 rooms on a pin). I booked our room as well as my parents room. Our reservations were linked together.

Our reservation was in my name; my parents' reservation was in their name. All of the mailings and emails for my parents' reservation went to their email address as well as their mail address.

They paid their deposit (I just put my dad on the phone when it was time to give the credit card info). They also paid their balance at the 45 days mark.

We checked in separately and they provided their own credit card.

Since our reservations were linked, I was able to make changes to both reservations at any time. I had originially booked different dates...I changed those dates for both reservations. I was also able to change the room types on both reservations as well.

I just did this a few weeks ago with my FD pin. I booked 3 rooms & they were linked together but both my sisters paid their own deposit. I didn't know this was possible til I asked the CM & much to my surprise he said YES

Thanks guys! I called and got it done. The confirmed that she will can pay herself and have a different departure date and tickets also. I went ahead and paid the deposit for her room but she can do the balance and pay me back. So it all worked out- Great!

You are lucky! I had a room booked on fd,I called and asked if I could add another as our friends are thinking of coming, I was told the only way I could do it was to book a 2bdr villa......confused3, then I called again yesterday to add on 3 more days to my room, no problem still got fd for the 3 days.....I asked again about the friend thing and I was then told that they would have to book under their own name with own reservation and would not get fd.......again
