Can I add the dining plan

I live in the UK and bought 14 day unlimited tickets direct from Disney UK however due to a lack of options for hotels on the UK site , I ended up booking a 7 night stay at the Boardwalk Inn and then 7 nights at Port Orleans. This was again booked direct with Disney but through their US site. I was hoping to add the dining plan but no option came up online when I booked. Would I be allowed to add the plan if I call up ?

Yes. Your reservation will be converted to what's called a "ticketless package" and all package rules will apply regarding deposits, payoff date, etc.
