Can I activate my AP at TTC?

I renewed my AP and need to activate it first thing in the morning. Can I do it at the TTC?

Go to any ticket booth, Guest Relations or Will Call window at WDW (including at TTC.)

We were there very early, though. Not sure how lines are later in the day.
