Can DVC stays have concierge?

I was just reading another post of someone who got bumped to a 2 bedroom and concierge service. I am assuming that this was within the DVC program, but may be mistaken.

In any case, can you still get concierge with DVC?

That thread was regarding a special circumstance. They were cash paying customers at Yacht Club who got special treatment for moving to BCV.

To my knowledge, there is no way to combine a DVC stay and concierge. You can use points to book concierge level stays at non-DVC resorts.
