Can DVC renters make 180+10 day ADRs?

Can DVC point renters make "180+10" Advance Dining Reservations 180 days before their arrival date? If not, can the owner make them for the renter?

Yes, as long as the point renter has the DVC reservation confirmation number, he/she may make 180+10 ADR arrangements

I assume DVC members (not renting) are able to get the 180 +10 days, and in order to book the additional 10 days in advance, do you have to call MS or can you do this through WDW??

I would assume you can do it online by entering the DVC reservation confirmation number, just as anyone staying on property could.
