Can DVC point renters staying at Bay Lake Tower use the Top of the World Lounge (assuming it's open)

Like the title says Can DVC point renters staying at Bay Lake Tower use the Top of the World Lounge (assuming it's open)? Also any updates at all on it? I'm assuming there are absolutely no firework views from the Lake view rooms.

You need a member card, so no.

There are some lake view at the far end (north side), even room numbers, that can see MK to one side.

Its probably a popular one but you have as good of a chance as any. Just have your owner put in the request.

I never make requests (other than for ground floor at OKW if my aunt is staying with us), and we were randomly assigned a 2 bedroom with a side-MK view in 2020. The thing is, most people won't be in their rooms for fireworks, so I'm not sure everyone would request it. For us we had to be on the balcony to see it, and it just wasn't that big a draw.

I requested it last September, got it before. My request for north side, even number room was met but not high floor, it was second floor. I looked it up on touring plans after I got the text and it was barely a lake view, mostly vegetation. I went to the front desk when I got there and asked for anything higher, they found one facing the lake in the 9th floor, odd number (facing pool). It was beautiful but no MK. Did see the water pageant.
