Can DVC members purchase RCI membership?

We are DVC owners looking to rent (not trading) other timeshare locations for non-Disney vacations (e.g. Myrtle Beach, Williamsburg, etc).

Can DVC owners pay the $89 fee to join RCI and gain access to Last Call, etc deals?

I agree with prior poster, you cannot join if DVC is your only timeshare. Other reputable condo rental sources:

Considering buying a complimentary timeshare option that trades with RCI or II, esp one that includes the exchange membership.

DW is very risk averse and does not want to commitment to more than one MF (although the free Wyndham offers are very tempting).

For many the lowest overall risk is to have more than one membership but less of each.
