So I was one of the lucky few who seemed to someone get a Jambo house 100 point contract with 100 devloper points as a new member.

We called last night and are staying at Vero for 2 nights on our regular points and then heading over to Saratoga Springs for 4 or 5 nights ( I can't remember which) on our devloper points. They said that devloper points are reserved differently and I will get an email confirmation soon.

Well what I am wondering is if Disney can turn around and decide that woops, my guide made a mistake and take those points back?

Anyone ever heard of that happening?

We just got our new contract and need to sign and return it, but hubby is reluctant to do it because he says if for some reason they try to take them back after they gave it to him and made a reservation for him, then he wants to be able to get rid of the whole thing.

Your contract should have your incentive/developer points listed, so as long as it does, you should be fine. Reservations booked with incentive/developer points is done differently and takes longer, so I wouldn't worry about that.

If you call MS to check/change anything with the reservation, make sure you mention that it's using developer points since it shows up in their system differently (otherwise it might take them a few minutes to find it)

This makes me nervous, because we didn't get our developer points until after our second set of paperwork (the first one was for the wrong length of loan time) showed up, and it doesn't say anything about them.

I am not sure whether to call back and ask for *another* contract that says I get 100 or whether I should just go with the flow. My gut instinct is to call back.

If I recall correctly (and I might not), I thought our developer points information/agreement was on a separate piece of paper in our contract and closing paperwork. Perhaps someone else remembers for sure. But if you don't have that, I think I would call back and ask about it, definitely.
