Can Disney Search for my Reservations?

I made 5 reservations a few months ago for December and had them written down on a sheet of paper, not linked to our reservation. I have now misplaced the paper, is there anyway they can search my name for the time I am there and find them?

Yes they should be able to find them under the name of the person that reserved them. My friend had to call in to get hers and she had no trouble getting the reservation number, time and date. They just could not email it to her.

They will ask for your phone number first to try and look them up that way. If they are all under the same number then they should be able to see all of them at once. Last year they couldn't find my CRT reservation and the CM had mistyped one number so if for some reason something is missing, that might be why.

My F! couldn't be found by phone number only by name and it was spelled wrong. He had to look at the BD reservations and pick it out from there.

I lost all of my reservations also and it was a huge pain. Because we are a party of 11, they had to split our reservations into 2. Some under my name, some under my DH and sometimes not at the exact time.

What a nerve wrecking mess. Had to call every day and not all CM's are quite as good as others. Sometimes you need to hang up, roll the dice and call again.

They look the up by phone number first. If they can't find them and you used a credit card to hold them, they can look them up by thecredit card number.

most times reservations is under your home or cell phone whichever you made them under so they will find it.

Within the system, ressies can searched for
. . . adr number
. . . phone number
. . . name & approx name spelling
. . . time & approx name spelling
. . . group size & approx name spelling
