Can Disney gift cards be used at Aulani?

I have $1,000 in gift cards and I have not seen anyone mention using them in their trip reports.

Would I be able to use these to pay for activities at Aulani? Such as Rainbow Reef, the stand-up paddleboards, photopass, meals, gift shop. Special kid events at Aunty's beach house. Maybe an excursion through Disney, if we went that route.
