Can Disney characters sign a cast?

My daughter is in a full arm cast, and I was wondering if the characters will sign it? I saw that they won't sign clothing items that are currently being worn, so wasn't sure if that applies to an arm cast or not?

She has kept her cast "signature-free" in anticipation of our trip, but if characters won't be able to sign, I want to let her know ahead of time so she isn't dissapointed.

Any recent experience? Thanks so much!

I think it may depend on the character. "Face" characters (like princesses) may have an easier time while it may not be possible for some such as large heads, with large gloves, etc. You'll need to ask each character handler.

Thanks so much! I will ask the handler. I might get some stickers to decorate it too, if characters can't sign. She won't be able to go on many rides, so I'm trying to find some other ways to give her some Disney magic! Thanks again!
