Can developer points be transfered?

I have a friend who just purchased at BLT and AKV and they have 260 developer points that have to be used by Oct 1. Can they transfer them to another DVC member, like me??

Sorry, Developer points cannot be transferred.

They can't be transfered as they don't really own them. They could make a reservation in your name.
