Can BCV renters use the Sandcastle Club?

For our trip to WDW in November we are planning on having a "grown-up" dinner and want to use The Sandcastle Club in the Beach Club for our kids. Can we do that if we are staying at the BCV or is it only for the hotel guests?

Anyone with the reservation and the cash can use the Sandcastle Club. Make a reservation as soon as possible to make sure your kids have a space. They have to be at least 4 yrs old.
