Can anyone tell me how to get from WDW to Universal Studios???

A friend of mine is going to WDW in a few weeks and wants to know if they can go to Universal Studios from WDW. Someone told me you could catch a bus from TTC to Universal. I personally don't think there is a reason to leave WDW, but was just asking some info for my friends. Any info would be appreciated.

I don't think the WDW busses travel outside of the property.

If you have a car, there is an easy way to get there:
Head to Downtown Disney, and turn right onto the road that goes by the Downtown Disney hotels. Keep travelling until you get to the intersection of Apopka-Vineland. Turn left onto Apopka-Vineland and keep driving until you reach Sand Lake Road. Turn right onto Sand Lake road and get into your left lane. At the intersection right before the Interstate (and there is a hotel and a 7-11 at the light), take a left and follow the roads to the back entrance into Universal. It's real easy!

I beg to differ but Universal is a GREAT reason to leave Disney.. but I'm not partial...

TSI_Fan there is a new way now that is a little easier. After you take your left out of Hotel Plaza Blvd, Take a Right at the next light then Palm Parkway is now a straight shot as it turns into Turkey Lake Road and that is what Universal is on. Its a new road and very lightly traveled.
