Can anyone tell me about 12th floor CR

Hey guys,

Was just wondering if anyone could tell me about 12th floor at the CR...whats it like? How is the concierge service there, I know its "lite" but its the only thing available when we are going. Any info would be great!

I, too, would like to know what is available at the "lite" concierge. I'm trying to decide between Tower and Tower Club!

breakfast from 7am-10:30
snacks from 11:30am-4pm.

Desk hours 7am-10pm with private check on the 12th floor now.

Do they serve snacks the whole time between 11:30 and 4 or are they just served once? Do you know how that works.? Thanks. We leave on Sunday for our first trip to Disney. We are staying on the 12th floor. I am so excited. Sunday will never get here.

We stayed at the 12 th floor 12/24/04-12/31/04.
when you get off the elevator there is a large hallway
with a long buffet table, maybe 6 or so tables for seating
and 2 desks.Breakfast was good but compared to the other concierge we have stayed the offerings here were less.I do remember coming up in the afternoon to find cookies cupcakes and juice out but i cant remember what time they stopped serving! if i recall right afternoon snacks were 12:00-2:00.Everything is closed as of 4:00.I know i paid for light concierge and we had a wonderful stay but i did miss the whole lounge atmosphere its a hall not a lounge no big t.v. just a hall after 4:00.The cm's were nice but not very social people.I am glad we tryed it and loved staying in the tower again but i have other favorite concierge locations that are calling me back!!!
