Can anyone share their rental contract

I understand the "need" for using a contracts but keep in mind that often many owners (including myself) rent without a contract as we see "renting" points more as a pleasure than a business transaction. Like any transaction (contract or not) try to know who you are renting to! Personally I have rented maybe 5 times , all without a contract and have been successfull but again i understand your perspective

However, the Public Offering Statement states that you must use a contract when renting a reservation. And you must notify MS that you are renting the reservation.
