Can anyone recommend a Windsor Hills 3br condo?

My first preference would be a privately owned one but will also consider the others, just trying to find the best rate for my family.

We loved 5mins2disney.com - they even sent a thank you note after our stay. I wish they owned a pool home!

We just stayed in 304 FOR Christmas ..

We got a welcome note and gift basket upon arrival..we arrived on christmas eve. They setup a small Christmas tree, and there were christmas carols playing on the radio when we arrived. They went above and beyond and the condo was just SPOTLESS!

They totally spoiled us and I dont think we could ever stay on-site at disney again.

LOVED the owners...Lee & Sue Ellen - so nice! They called a few times to make sure everything was alright.
Would not hesitate to stay there again :thumbsup2

Agree completely about this group. My wife and I have used them and have been very, very satisfied with everything. They take care of their renters and it felt great to know we weren't simply an income source. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We didn't stay at that particular unit but they have several quality homes all with very good prices.

We stayed in this townhome in August

Wonderful owners to work wither, very attentive and responsive. The townhouse was comfortable and we loved having the three full bathrooms! Awesome for our teenagers to have their privacy too!

We've stayed here twice: http://www.vrbo.com/89676

The owner, Marge, is wonderful to work with. The condo is a top floor and is very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. She has a flat rate for the entire year, which is very nice.

I apologize for hijacking this thread, but I plan on working while my kids go to camp at Seaworld for a week this summer. I am interested in a 3 bedroom that has a desk that I can set up my computer and IP phone on. In all of my searches, I haven't seen one with any "office type space." Anyone know of a place like that?

Thanks in advance.

I will also recommend vacationcentralflorida.com. We have stayed with them twice in the past (once in a 3 bedroom and once in a 2 bedroom). We are going back in May and renting a 3 bedroom townhouse this time. What you see on the website is exactly what you get. It isn't like some other places where the pictures are from 10 years before or taken at weird angles to make the place look bigger. I couldn't even come close to finding something comparable for the $750 price we paid with all taxes and fees included for a week in a 3 bedroom townhouse with a private pool. It was even cheaper than a week at a value resort with only one room even when I took into account the extra expense of a rental car and parking for the week. That and it really is only minutes from disney.

The only problem with vacationcentral is that they only book by the week so if you want to stay more or less thatn that you need to pay for an entire week. ie we were impressed with the reviews and properties offered. I wanted to book through them but we wanted to stay 10 days. To do that we would have to book two weeks. We aren't able to stay two weeks and the pricing through other homes on HomeAway or VRBO was much cheaper for 10 days.
