I may be completely off here, but I thought that given your proximity to Paris someone might be able to help. I'm planning a 10 year anniversary trip and would like to find a nice boutique Hotel - something small and quintessentially French. Thanks!

The nicest hotel is Georges V - not small very VERY NICE and perfect for an anniversary!

Hi, and congratulations on your Anniversary, Paris is a beautiful city, we stayed in the hotel Du Cadran its very near the Eiffel Tower, it is a small boutique hotel and typically French. Look it up on the net.

Sorry for this but i couldn't resist.

What about the Paris Hilton...Boom booom.....TISH. ;)

paris is very romantic, do try and go on the bateaux mouches, well worth the time also try montmatre and the sacre coeur...
cant recommend any hotels as spent 15 months working ina novotel, which whilst french really is neither chic nor romantic ;)
have a lovely time, i know paris inside out and back to front (a bit like you lot with wdw :rotfl2: , so if you need any info pm me, and dh is parisian so if i dont know he will!!)
tracy
dh has just said to tell you there are some dodgy areas to avoid, particularly at night, like any town, ask at the hotel reception and the will warn you of any around your hotel

Thanks for the recommendations. They look like what I'm wanting.

Scojos, That's very kind of you. I will as I get more questions.
