We will be at WDW June 17 - 26. We would like to go to beaches and cream for a lunch one day. We are staying at BCV so we will be close. I figure we may go back to the pool for an afternoon and go then . Should we try for maybe 1:00pm or something like that?

Thanks

It's a tiny restaurant with not very many seats. We have found the best times to go are when it opens (11) or mid-afternoon (3-ish).

The exception would be if there is a thunderstorm around 3 (which often happens in June), because then Stormalong Bay empties and almost everyone in the pool goes to B&C!

My guess was 3-4pm as well. The waits for inside tables are long if you are there around dinner or after dinner for ice cream. Good luck!

Ghirardelli's DTD is excellent for ice cream too : )

I agree with the 3 pm time...we walked by it around that time and the place was empty

We love Ghiradelli's. Yum

Any more feedback about the opening time of 11 am? That's what we were leaning toward.... My DD 12 wants to get the Kitchen Sink to share with her cousins! :)

I was there a little after 11 getting a hot dog for my son. I dont know if the hours change.

YUM ice cream for lunch! Your DS has nice idea!

Hi Laura,

I'm not sure I understand your question...if you mean is 11 a good time to go, then my answer is yes as I said post above. It's usually easy to be seated if you get there when they open. :thumbsup2
