Can Anyone Recommend A Good Double Stroller?

We are going to get one for my sister. It is to use with her newborn and two/three year old son. We want something on the low-end cost because she won't use it a whole lot. And, it has to be front back, not side-to-side.

I just bought a used double stroller at a yard sale this last week-end. It is the Graco Duo LTD II. It was in excellent condition! The seller had wanted $80 but I got her down to $60. I am going to use it for my grandson and his brother/sister? due around Thanksgiving.
