Can anyone recommend a double jogging stroller?

We're seriously thinking about buying a double jogging stroller for our trip and also to have for afterwards (my DH likes to run). We don't want to spend a ton of money for one, but we're willing to spend some money. We'd like to have one that would be suitable (roomy) for a 2 (almost 3) year old and 9 month old, one that reclines easily, has a swivel front wheel, folds easily and doesn't way a ton. Also a decent shade would be nice. TIA for any recommendations!!

It's a shame you live in Virginia because I have one collecting dust in my garage that I spent a fortune on! All I can say is be sure to get one with a swivel front wheel- it made such a difference!

We are on Long Island NY. The stroller I have is an Instep Ulta, I believe. They have come down in price recently- we paid $300 or so for it. I wonder what the shipping would be?
