Can anyone make a personalized button?

I'm looking for one to wear on my 27th birthday. I want it to have a little flair to it!

I can make you the art for it, just tell me what you would like. But the button you would need to get it from joans or another art supply store.​

I just moved to a new area and I honestly don't know where any craft stores are. I'm looking for someone who can make the whole thing, and I'd pay for the button,work, etc.
