i know someone will know this! We check in October 1st. I THINK I can book fast passes August 2nd- can someone let me know for sure? And also what time ( central time zone) I can book them?

Yes, 8/2/2017 is when your 60 day FP+ booking window opens if staying on-site.

And also what time ( central time zone) I can book them?

7 AM Eastern (6 AM Central)
