I have been playing in the kitchen with DD, melting chocolate etc into moulds.

I know you can buy different coloured chocolate, but was wondering what type of food colouring do I need to use with white chocolate, is it,

Paste, or powder.

I tried with natural colouring which failed

Can anyone advise

Either, you need less paste but more powder, paste gives a stronger colour, powder a little less. You can buy cocol which you can use to colour chocolate too plus Hobby Craft have wilton candy melts in a wide range of colours x
