We are arriving MCO super late so no DME luggage delivery for us this time!! We have never had to get our bags ourselves before (first world problems??!) and was hoping someone could give me a bit of advise or direction as to where I go one I get off the Jet Blue mini monorail to get my luggage and then head to DME. I feel like I have to totally cross the airport to

Follow the signs in the airport to Baggage Claim after getting off the People Mover. The Arrival monitors will probably list the baggage carousel for your flight. If your still unsure go to the MCO website and check out a terminal map.

Jet Blue is terminal A. When you get off the monorail, follow the signs to Baggage Claim A, which will be level 2. After you get your bags, go back up to level 3 and look for signs for Baggage Claim B. Instead of going down the escalators, go to an elevator down to level 1. You will find Magical Express at the end of the floor, there will be signs.

On a recent late arrival at MCO, parts of terminal were shutting down (lights out) for construction, and the baggage carousel assignment was changed twice! (Remember the scene at the end of the movie "Airplane!"?) So be prepared to be flexible.

PERFECT!!! I seem to remember people going down the escalator to get bags- good to hear that once im in the main airport, I go downstairs on A, get my bag, Go back upstairs and crossover to B taking elevator to 1. You are the best thank you!!!!!!!!!!

You will arrive on Side A, level 3. When you get off the tram, you will look for the Side A baggage claim signs....down the escalators to level 2, baggage claim. Grab your bags...as joel said, be watchful....carousels do change. The last time I had to collect bags they changed the carousel and didn't tell us, the flight was still listed on the original carousel board!!! Return to level 3, via escalators or elevators depending on bag size. Look up for the bright, neon Side B sign. There should also be DME signs pointing in the right direction as well. Head over to Side B, take the elevator down to level 1, ground transportation, and walk down to DME. Depending on where you get the elevator/escalator, your walk time will vary. DME is at the very end of the area, past the rental car counters and the Mears counter. There will be signs.
It's actually quite easy.
