We are going to Disney in October and I have heard that there are planners out there to help with ressie numbers and keeping track of all your plans. Does anyone have anything that they could share with me?? I want to be organized this time around. More organization = less stress :furious:

Try this one at the Unofficial Guide's site. You will have to register but it's free and they will not spam you.

The one at touringplans.com that calgarygary linked is thorough. I've also used Explore the Magic's planner. It's pretty basic and I only used it to break down our expenses. You can plan your days and include your ADR confirmation numbers and the amount budgeted for meals, airfare, resort, etc.

can i print them out? i haven't explored either site but i want something i can print and carry with me.

Tour Guide Mike has a great planning form. I also found some great touring plans on his user forum for each park that others had shared. I printed them out on index cards and carried them to the parks. You can sign up for the service using the link at the top of the page. There is a small fee but it was well worth it to get some priceless info on how to plan wisely and avoid crowds.
