Can anyone help us with dates???

We are really torn with which week to go! We can't decide between May 17th, 24th or 31st. Can anyone offer any opinions?
We know that in that mix their is memorial day and then gay days, but we are not sure how or if they would effect us??

We were there for Memorial Day in 2007. We visited Animal Kingdom that day and it was very very crowded. We left right after lunch and spent the rest of the day at the pool. I would say, if time permits, make memorial day a down day. That was the only day of our trip that was overly crowded and miserable.
