Can Anyone Help Me?

Hey Guys!

I wanted to make a shirt (And it's not for Disney, it's for an appearance I'm going to) ... But as I don't have Photoshop, or Paintshop, I by no means am able to do this, and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out.

I want to make this Shirt with this design :

But I need it to have a White Background, but keeping the color inside the image.

And also :

In the Banner, I would like the word 'Believe' in Black (To flow with the Banner, and to fit the size of the Banner), and in this font, or something very similar :

So, will any of you wonderful designers help me make this Tshirt a reality? I would immensely appreciate it!!

I'm going to meet Criss Angel again in NYC after his Season 3 DVD is released, and there's a Shirt with this design, but it's an 'Affliction,' brand shirt, and it costs - Here's the kicker - $100! For a simple TShirt!

I found the same design, and I'm gonna make my own! It's way cheaper, and you just saved me a bunch of money!
