Can anyone help me? (Tshirt design!)...

I am working on a Tshirt design for our upcoming trip.

I've got the design that I want but I don't know how to make it so it will just print out the mickey ears outline and just the wording. I made the design in photoshop but I'm still trying to figure out how to use photoshop.

Can someone fix the one I have or make a new design for me?

I'd also like another design so I can put on the back of the shirt that says:

"Our Adventure Is Out There!" (maybe using the same mickey ears outline?)

Hope that makes sense...any help would be greatly appreciated.
