Can anyone help design a 50th Birthday magnet?

A long time ago I saw a birthday magnet with Mickey Balloons with the "50" being in the middle of the balloons and some of the characters were also in it.

Wondering if anyone remembers this or would be willing to design me up a maganet that would have the following information on it.

Name: Maureen
50th Birthday with some 50's being inside the balloons
Sailing on the Disney Dream
Date: Dec. 1 - 4, 2011
Having the Fab 5 in the design or just Mickey and Minnie would be fine.
