Can anyone donate me the pirate hat?? ( DUMBO FIREWORKS!)

I can not get past the fire works and I am on the 6th or so hour of the quest. Can anyone donate me the hat? If so I would be greatfull.

There are a lot of us who are not getting past fireworks. I see a lot of names on the the trade board. Why don't you try a trade there?
