Can anyone answer this for me?

I was talking to a patient of mine who was in Disney last year...she said that during certain times of the year...they only have the parade at Magic Kingdom on certain days of the week...not every night...

Is this true? Where do I find out what days of the week the parade is on and what times of the year that it is every night?

Spectromagic does not run every night during some times of the year. You can find the times on disneyworld.com under the park hours section for the Magic Kingdom. You may have to click on the exact day you're looking for, I don't remember.

But the "Three O'Clock Parade" takes place every day.

I find these sites a litttle easier to use and understand than the Disney site.

Spectromagic does not run during the slower months of the year every day. It is usually run on one day of each week during these times of the year. On busy times of the year Spectromagic may run twice in a night.
Wishes also is not shown every night during slower times of the year.
We are going in 2 weeks, and it is "Regular" season, not Value season and these two are not running every night of our stay.
Disney releases their schedules (subject to change) about 6 months in advance. Go to the official Disney web site and click on calendar. Choose the month you are interested in and the park. When the monthly calendar displays, you will have to click on the actual date to open another box which shows the parade and firework schedules, day by day.
