Can anyone alter this image for me?

This is our committee's local county fair logo. We need to alter it for a 4H club. At this bottom instead of "Fairgrounds" it need to say "4-H 2011" and in the seal instead of the sun rising it needs to have the 4H clover rising. Also, making it a little brighter would be wonderful. If anyone can help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated!
