Erika,
Please rest assured that You & Your family will love Christmas time at WDW!

It is decorated wonderfully everywhere -- the resorts, the parks, etc.
I can understand that you might want a little more Christmas cheer in your resort room. Any good florist, which includes the WDW florist, should be able to do a Christmas garland. The florist probably has a lot of suggestions of pointsettias, arranged flowers, mini trees, etc. However, it will be $$$.
If you have the packing room in your suitcase, you might be able to bring up something to decorate your room with. Your own mini tree, I've seen them in all sizes, pointsettia plant, Christmas ornaments, some Christmas stockings &/or Christmas hats - they have nice ones in WDW, but I don't know if they'll be out of stock for after Christmas. Christmas stuffed toys - Santa, Characters, Beanies, etc. Perhaps you could squeeze a string of Christmas lights in a suitcase if you're really short on space.
Hope this gives you some ideas.
Happy Holidays!
