A friend of mine is going to WDW in a week or so and thought that she had booked tickets to Mickey's not so scary but accidentally booked tickets to the Disneyland Halloween event instead. She really wants to go the MNSS but can't afford to simply write off the cost of the Disneyland tickets. Does anybody know who she should call to try to credit the cost of the DL tickets against the cost of MNSS or if this is even possible?
