I was on AOL just now and went to answer the phone--DS did something and my AOL window is way off to the left and down. I can't use the left side of the tool bar--it's a good inch or more too far off of the screen. Trying to drag it over doesn't help. I got on here with internet explorer. I already tried shutting off the computer. Anyone know what I can do to get the window back to normal?

The solution I posted in my next post has a better chance of working. Try it first.

Try going to the windows toolbar at the bottom of the screen (this is the toolbar with the Start button on it). . You should see a button on it for your AOL session. Right Click on this button and select "Maximize" from the pop up list. The Aol session should pop up and fill the entire screen. If you minimze the window after that, things will probably straighten themself out.

Hope this helps.

If that doesn't work, this certainly will.

Again, go to your windows toolbar at the bottom of the screen (this is the toolbar with the Start button on it). Right click on the tool bar itself (NOT on a button on the toolbar). Select "Cascade windows" from the popup menu. This will cause windows to redraw all you windows in a nice stack on your desktop, which should solve your problem.

Thanks, but my 10 year old  helped me fix it--I just clicked on the blue bar itself and dragged, so I didn't need to get any more elaborate than that. I hate it when they are smarter than I am!!
