Can any one help me with questions for Marathon '10????

I've rented before, and have posted on the rent/trade board, and I know the rules, and appreciate the cautions involved...

What I'd like to know is how to post for 2010 when I dont know the points I need to ask for - or maybe it wont matter?

We've had an extremely stressful time - (DS 20yrs old in hospital) and the patient advocate stressed the need for us parents to focus on US - so dh has signed up for the Goofy -

and I know how important it is to book at 11 months out for a BCV or BWV area...

We are trying to decide our length of stay based on points needed - or if we'd be better off dividing out stay into 2 reservations...




any help is appreciated...

If you are running the Goofy, you will still need to ride the bus to the Epcot parking lot for the start if you stay at BCV or BWV. OKW is probably the only DVC resort where you can walk to the start from the resort. And you really want Miller's Road location for that, too.

I'm just curious, do you have, or know where I can see a decent map showing this?

I am looking to rent a DVC spanning across marathon weekend next January, and was hesitant about staying at OKW, not fully convinced that my family would enjoy it, but you've potentially now just given me a very good reason why it's my #1 choice

There is a light at Bonnet Creek Parkway at Disney Vacation Club Way (which runs in front of OKW). Go through the light to Epcot Center Drive and you have the start to the race. It looks longer than it really is.
