Can any discount be done online?

If I have an AP (or an AP voucher is what I would assume I get if bought at the Disney Store?) can I book a room only discount online or does all discounts have to go through CRO?

On the website there is a link in the right top corner for passholders. You are asked to put in your name, what type of AP ( annual, voucher, etc) and once it's verified you are able to see and book any available AP discount rooms. What's nice is that only the resorts that are available for a discount are shown so you don't have to scroll through and check each one. ---Kathy
