Can any Budget Fastbreak members help with reservations?

I am a new at using Budget. I was trying to make a reservation with a BCD code. If I log in as a Fastbreak member it will not let me put the code in. If I don't log in as a Fastbreak member I can put the code in and get the lower rate. Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks.
