are they allowed i dont live in florida but i chose to go to wdw in 2007 for 21 days and everyone says its best to get annual passholders instead of 21 separtes.

You will have to purchase a one day ticket for each member of your group to get the Dining plan.

Yes, you will have to purchase one day tickets. We did this last year when we had APs. You can use them some time in the future.
On a side note, can you use the DDP for 21 days? I thought there was a restriction on how long you could use it.

As long as you check in before Sept 30th you can get the free Dining Plan.

I think you are talking about the fact that you cannot book for more than ten days at a time.

We booked TWO ten day ressies starting Sept 20th thru Oct 10th and have free dining for it all! :cheer2:

Slightly Goofy

You will also have to pay rack rate (full price) on your room and then you would not be able to get the AP room discount. Depending on where you are staying it may be more cost efficient to use the room discount then to purchase the dining plan.

Just in case anyone reading this doesn't know .. it's too late to book the free dining plan.

To the OP .. you can get the DDF card if you get an AP. You will save 20% on most TS meals. It's the best way to go for our family.

The OP says the trip is planned for 2007. If they have free dining, then as above posters said, you would have to buy a one day ticket for each person to get the free dining and pay rack rate for rooms. If free dining isn't going on, you can get the dining plan, but you have to pay rack rate for rooms. We were going to do this in May, but realized the AP discount on the rooms was better than the dining plan because there were only 2 of us. Make sure you run the numbers.

For a 21 day stay, you'd have to book 2 packages. One for 14 nights, and the other for 7 nights - which means you'd actually have to purchase (2) 1 day base tickets for everyone in your group. At $67 a pop, it's going to add up quickly.

I'd look into getting the Disney Dining Plan. For $75 (I think...I don't recall the pricing...), you'll get a card which will entitle you to 20% off at all of the restaurants that take the dining plan as payment.

The UK free dining for '07 is requiring park tickets for the length of your stay to get free dining. I would imagine that if they offer it to us again next year, the same restrictions would apply. Makes no difference to me, we buy them anyway, but it may throw a wrench in AP holder's plans.
