Can an II exchanger into BCV still buy an Ultimate Park Hopper?

I have an exchange into BCV through Interval International. I understand that the Ultimate Park Hopper passes can only be purchased through Disney and only if you are staying at one of the Disney properties. If you exchange into Disney like I did can I still buy one?

UPH can be purchased by anyone who is a guest at a WDW resort. Here is a link that to a site that covers ticket basics. UPH may or may not be your best choice.

You can get the UPH but you can't get the advance purchase one. DVC members get a discsount but it's unlikely you will as an exchanger. As noted, you may want to consider other options anyway.
