Can all ticket types be linked on MDE?

My husband is able to order discount tickets through his place of employment (not sure if I can name it here based on DIS guidelines). It would save us roughly $100 over just ordering through the MouseSavers link on UT. The ticket though is an e-ticket, and I am not sure if I could link this up to our resort reservation. Does anyone have any idea if that would be possible?

ETickets can be linked to your MDE account. Just enter in the confirmation/ticket number in the MDE ticket area. The ticket will be linked and there will be a short description of the type of ticket that is linked.
