Can Advaned MNSSHP tickets be purchased at the park?

Last year tickets went on sale May 1st. I'll be in WDW on May 1st and need to buy MNSSHP tickets ASAP for Oct 31st (it's our disney wedding day!)

Will we be able to buy the advanced tickets at a park window or hotel concierge this early?
