Can adults get Disney autographs?

A group of friends is planning a pre-Christmas trip to Florida. I'm organising things and would love to get autographs of Belle (Enchanted) for everyone to put in the 'information pack' (we need one!) Can I get these from Disney publicity? I've searched online and found 2 addresses. Does anyone know which is correct?
