If you receive a pin after you have your vacation booked using a TA, can the TA apply that pin or can it only be used if you book by directly calling Disney?
I've heard of people giving the pin to their TA to use. I have never done it myself, as I can't give up the control and find the middle man more annoying than anything. If your TA can't use it, they'll let you know and then you can make another ressie using the pin, canceling the first.
I'm not 100% positive but I think you would have to call Disney CRO and give them the pin code yourself. These are personal codes and not handed out to the general public so they are monitored closer then public codes. You should have your reservation number from the TA. I'm sure that someone on here will have some experience with this.
