Can a person upgrade to the HHN once you're inside US?

We are planning on going to Universal Studios on Thursday, Oct. 20. We are still undecided about going to HHN. It sounds really fun, but also quite scary. Mind you, we are all adults, but some very chicken adults. I have feeling I'll kick myself in the butt if we don't go.

My question is, once we are in the park, can we upgrade for the Scream & Stay for $25, or do we have to purchase that in advance?

It's not really an upgrade but a seperate ticket. You can get a discount if you are in the park with your regular ticket. You will get the "Stay and Scream" discount which is cheaper than buying a HHN ticket. The price ranges from $25-45 depending on whether you are going on a non-peak night or a peak night.

You can get your Stay and Scream discount while at the park the day of HHN.

We did it on our trip a year ago. I got tickets for 2 of our party online. They made it sound like you could not get tickets at US, if I remember correctly. When we got there, they had signs that said you could get discounted tickets at the 'service booth' (for lack of a better word) with your paid admission. One more person in our party decided it looked like fun and wanted to go once we got in the park. We did buy a ticket at the park and it was cheaper than the price I paid online!! That was a year ago, so I don't know about now. But, maybe someone else will have some input on your thread pretty soon.
